…a warm and welcoming team of parents, teachers, and local friends united by a simple purpose — to support our school, enrich our children’s experience, and have fun while doing it. We believe that school life should extend beyond the classroom, and that when our community works together, every child benefits.
Each year, we organise events big and small: the Summer Fete that transforms our grounds into a place of laughter and stalls, the Christmas Fayre sparkling with treats and crafts, bingo nights, popcorn evenings, fun runs, Easter egg hunts — and many more. All of these events serve more than just a good time. They are moments when our children see the community around them, feel supported, and share in memories that stick.
The funds we raise help in very concrete ways. They’ve paid for school trips, classroom and cookery room equipment, dressing up outfits for Early Years, wellie stacks for KS1, gardening tools, new benches, Year 6 leavers’ hoodies and autograph books. The PTFA doesn’t just buy things. We build possibilities: new clubs, hands-on learning, outdoor spaces where children can explore, create, and grow.
We’re always looking for more helping hands. Whether you can commit regularly or just drop in when there’s an event to set up, bake, or serve, your contribution matters. Every idea, every smile, every hour given makes a difference. Join us, and you’ll find that the PTFA is more than just fundraising — it’s community in action.
